SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

The shipping of all purchased items by Basico is processed through ACS.

Shipping costs are €4,00 for orders delivered within Greece.

All orders up to €100, 00 are free of charge.

In case you have chosen payment method with cash on delivery then the cash on delivery charge is € 2.50 .

Cancellation of order - Right of withdrawal

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases: Before the shipment of the product - Cancellation is possible either by sending an e-mail to info@basico.gr or by calling 2613-024843, Monday to Saturday (09.00- 14.00)

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

Returns policy

It is important for us that you stay totally satisfied with the quality of our products and your order. Leaving a comment may contribute positively.

Trying to optimize our clients’ experience customers is given the right to return all our products.

Our clients may request a product exchange or a total refund within 10 working days from the merchandise’s delivery day under the circumstance that it follows the Terms & Conditions of the return policy.

We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This excludes shipping costs.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned or exchanged, therefore covered by the buyers.

Shipping costs for a return or exchange of a faulty item are refunded by Basico.

The return or exchange policy is the following:

Basico reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not follow the Terms and Conditions of the Returns Policy mentioned below.

A) Return of faulty items

Returns of a faulty item can be processed only after contacting Basico following the next steps:

STEP 1: You need to contact us via e-mail (info@basico.gr) or call us (+30 6976 592505) so that your return can be approved.

STEP 2: Basico must approve the return or exchange of your product (s).

STEP 3: The return of defective product (s) is done through ACS for our customers. Shipping costs are covered by Basico .

Β) Return or exchange of non-faulty items

Returns of an item can be processed only after contacting Basico following the next steps:

STEP 1: You need to contact us via e-mail (info@basico.gr) or call us (+30 6976 592505) so that your return can be approved.

STEP 2: Basico must approve the return or exchange of your product (s).

STEP 3: Make sure you use a prepaid postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting to Basico.

Return Terms

The following conditions must be met in full for the return of products to Basico:

The return / exchange request should not exceed 10 working days from the date of delivery based on the receipt documents.

All returned products must be received by us in the original condition in which you received them (without signs of wear or soiling) and in resale condition.

The product must have all the labels and accompanying tabs it had without them being torn.

When you receive the products you have ordered, we acknowledge that you will want to try them to confirm that they are made for you. Some of our products come in direct contact with the skin. With this in mind, please wear underwear when testing these products when testing them.

If the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the product back to us and we will exchange it with another product of your choice. In case different from the above, Basico reserves the right not to accept the return.

The customer always has the absolute responsibility of sending the product to our address, as Basico as the recipient can not search for your package.

Please note that you retain the responsibility for the returned items to reach us. Basico assumes no responsibility for returned products that are lost during the return.

Please give us 10 working days (from the day of arrival of the product in our company) for the receipt and promotion of your return.

Money refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, the money shall be refunded within 10 working days. Specifically, in the cases of:

  • Cash on delivery: Bank deposit of the purchase amount into an account that shall be indicated to us by the purchaser via e-mail.
  • Debit or Credit card: Reversal of the amount into the card that was used for the purchase.
  • Bank deposit: Bank deposit of the purchase amount into an account that shall be indicated to us by the purchaser via e-mail.
